With heartfelt gratitude, we thank our dedicated staff, volunteers, partners, funders, and the countless individuals and families who have been part of the WellSpring journey.
For 71 years, your support has allowed us to provide counseling, prevention programming, and hope to children, families, and individuals throughout Clark, Champaign, and Logan Counties. This important work would not have been possible without the unwavering commitment of our employees, the generosity of our supporters, and the collaboration of our community partners.
We remain deeply grateful for the trust you placed in us and for the opportunity to serve this community. While our organization is closing, we hope the lives we've touched and the partnerships we've built will continue to strengthen the mental health and well-being of our community for years to come.

To ensure continuity of your care, we encourage you to select a new provider as soon as possible. For assistance in finding a new provider, please contact your health insurance company for a list of in-network providers.
Please contact the Mental Health and Recovery Board of Clark, Greene and Madison Counties at 937-322-0648 to transfer your records to your new provider.
